Which areas do you serve?
We provide domiciliary ear care services across: Lyne, Esher, Cobham, Byfleet, Oxshott, Chertsey, Weybridge, Addlestone, West Byfleet, Virginia Water, Pyrford (Woking), Walton-on-Thames, Longcross (Chertsey), Staines-upon-Thames, Wisley (Woking GU23), and Row Town (Addlestone KT15). Is microsuction ear wax removal safe?
Yes, microsuction ear wax removal is safe and gentle. Our trained specialists precisely remove wax, minimising discomfort. It's quick, effective, and suitable for most ears.
How long does an appointment take?
A typical ear wax removal appointment lasts about 30 minutes, and a hearing test appointment 60 minutes; depending on your needs.
Do I need to prepare before my ear wax removal?
We recommend applying olive oil drops for a few days before your appointment to help soften the ear wax. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to call—we’re always happy to help!
How often should I have my ears checked?
If you experience frequent ear blockages, we recommend a check-up every 6 to 12 months. For hearing tests, we advise an assessment every 1-2 years, especially if you’re over 50.
